As soon as my son used the headset he said the sound was funny and a bit weak and crackly. But after a little while of using it (an hour or so at most), the sound corrected itself and he has reported no problems since. (Same thing happened with another brand, so maybe that's normal). I wanted to make sure he actually USED the product before writing a review - nothing worse than those "it looks good cant wat to use it" reviews that tell you nothing about the product and durability.
He uses the headset daily, playing Fortnite and screaming and raging at his friends and teammates. I am surprised the headset takes all that abuse. If it were me, I'd stop working just so I wouldn't have him yelling in my ear anymore! Seriously, though, it is good value and I had received a special promotion on the condition that I leave a review - another reason why I waited a bit. Just because it's free doesn't mean I will leave a good review. It actually has to work good. And it does. Not overly expensive and allows my son to yell, err, connect with his teammates while gaming. He isn't the gentlest on his stuff, so let's hope this lasts until at least next Christmas.
